idea to improve our skills and to earn money fast

Hello everyone   
im thinking about making an assignments and Challenges for our members. the point of this to improve our Skills, Role-play, shooting/driving/drug dealing skills....
there will be an Awards for our members who complete the assingments and the challenges too, there will be an events.
now our members won't get bored also they can earn alot of money. i still need to discuss it with The Godfather Eagle and The boss Vito, i hope this idea will be nice to this family, the assignments, challenges and the Events will be announced as soon as possible if the idea will be accepted.

Hmm tell us more. Who gives out the money for the winner ? And are the vents for the whole server or only the Marcello members ?

i have enough money to make events for the family only not to the server, i'll give an example, we can give an assignment for 1 week to the soldiers of our family the assignment is: who will collect the biggest ammount of drugs, this will help us to get drugs fast from our soldiers, another example: we can make Driving/drift race and the first will get an Award, this will help us to improve our driving skills, another example: we can make shooting challenge and the winner will get an award, this will help us to improve our shooting skills.
and events, we can make car show event,  destruction derby.
im ready to waste my money for this family  , but this challenges will make us rich, when the soldiers give us drugs we give them money for sure, but when the high ranks sell the drugs too they will earn more money.
im just trying to make this family the best.
i will give out the money for the winner and i hope if someone can help me too
