Hello Fellow members of Marcello,

I will be back active again , I will be online everyday at least 3 hours daily . I will be recuriting new members , also promote members who has a high potential in Leading a few members in the mafia and those who excel in RP would be rewarded as well . Everyday we will also be carrying out operations RPing with other mafia and also making allies with some . I would seek ur cooperations members to work with me . Members that ain't suppose to be in this mafia would be kicked as well .

Hey Comrades, Eagle your Don here.

Latest News is ArgonathRPG SA:MP is back . But their forums is still down , and remember to /changepass IG and remember your password ;) As EliteTerm said better safe then sorry.

I'm also very glad to announce our Israeli Members are back , Welcome Back Protax_Marcello(Always a loyal and faithful member) . Also our ex-Boss Vito_Marcello is back as Davis_Marcello but because he wants to pursue his cop career he wish to be our new Mafia Advisor instead of being a Boss once again.

But the bad news is I will not be as active as in the past , because my school has reopened . I will only log in during alternate days for a few hours . But our RP activities will not and must not be compromised , RP with other Mafia will be still the same nothing should be affected . So I'l leave my dearest Carlo_Marcello,Davis_Marcello,Roy_Marcello,Rezico_Marcello and Protax_Marcello in charge when I'm offline . Messing with anyone of them is directly equals to messing with me , also equal to messing with the whole Mafia , serious consequences huh? But don't worry I'l still be active during Saturday and Sundays(GMT+8) .

Also Im buying Heroin for 72/g in the meantime , prices might raise if high amount .

I also want to Declare our new Mafia Underbosses Protax and Roy . they have been promoted for their faithful and loyal service to the Mafia . I would like to say especially Roy , I've observed that he is always the most active member , though we are offline all most all the time he's online , he does even have the intention to leave . And instead work harder by trying to recurit more members for the Mafia. And John_Marcello don't worry your turn will come soon.

Comrades, as you guys have know the Argonath Server is down and most probably HACKED. Don't panic , stay calm and relax. In the meantime you guys can keep a look out on the Argonath Froums or even here , hopefully i can update you guys as soon as possible. Also they might be a risk that all our properties and cash IG will be lost. We might find another replacement server or maybe wait for Argonath to be back.

Eleven Commandments

This are the 11 guidelines to how to become a good mafiosi:
   -No one should visit another Mafia alone . There must be a second person.
   -Never look at the wives of friends.
   -Never be seen with cops.
   -Don't go to places of any Rivals.
   -Always being available for Marcello Mafia is a duty - even if your wife is about to give birth.
   -Appointments must absolutely be respected.
   -Wives must be treated with respect.
   -When asked for any information, the answer must be the truth.
   -Always Respect the Bosses and especially the Godfather
   -People who can't be part of Marcello Mafia: anyone who has a close relative in the police, anyone with a two-timing relative in the family, anyone who behaves badly and doesn't hold to moral values.
    -Never back-stab Bosses / Godfather Including talking bad about them behind them.

All Commandments must be observed at all times. Failure to do so may lead to be expelled out of the Mafia.

Omerta is a code of silence and secrecy that forbids mafiosi from betraying their comrades to the authorities. The penalty for transgression is death, and relatives of the turncoat may also be murdered. Mafiosi generally do not associate with police (aside perhaps from corrupting individual officers as necessary). For instance, a mafioso will not call the police when he is a victim of a crime. He is expected to take care of the problem himself. To do otherwise would undermine his reputation as a capable protector of others, and his enemies may see him as weak and vulnerable.

The need for secrecy and inconspicuousness deeply colors the traditions and mannerisms of mafiosi. Mafiosi are discouraged from consuming alcohol or drugs, as in an inebriated state they are more likely to blurt out sensitive information. They also frequently adopt self-effacing attitudes to strangers so as to avoid unwanted attention. Mafiosi are also forbidden from writing down anything about their activities, lest such evidence be discovered by police.

To a degree, mafiosi also impose omerta on the general population. Civilians who buy their protection or make other deals are expected to be discreet, on pain of death. Witness intimidation is also common.

Membership in the Marcello Mafia is open only to Argonath men. A candidate cannot be a relative or have any close links with a lawman, such as a policeman or a judge. There is no strict age limit: boys as young as sixteen have been initiated. A prospective mafioso is carefully tested for obedience, discretion, ruthlessness and skill at spying.He is almost always required to commit murder as his ultimate trial, even if he doesn't plan to be a career assassin. The act of murder is to prove his sincerity (i.e. he is not an undercover policeman) and to bind him into silence (i.e. he cannot break omerta) without facing murder charges himself).

My dearest Comrades ,
 
  Today I'm very sorry to say that every members except Carlo_Marcello will be re-ranked . Also pleased to announce that Carlo_Marcello will be promoted Publicly in front of the whole Mafia soon . Members will be re-ranked because some members are under-performing , and i have to admit that i used to promote member because they are my good friend or something or because of our relationship therefore they get promoted . Every Member will be given a far chance to show/prove what they can do . In another week everything will take place , I'm currently planning for a training course for every member to attend . Others used to call us 'DMERs' in the past. But 2 weeks from now , their opinion will be changed .  So I'l be inactive on Argonath for this week , to plan for the training course . Then we'l have an official promoting sessions , every member will receive their rank then . If your unhappy or believe you deserve a better rank then that rank you have received you can send an appeal in the complain topic . I must emphasize that all member would be and will be re-ranked according to their RP ability and not because they have any other relationship with me , Carlo and Vito will also help me in the process to make sure all decisions are made with fairness. Lastly, thank you for spending your time to read this topic.
